The Camargue & the surroundings
Welcome to the Camargue, an authentic and preserved territory, proud of its traditions.
Formed since the Quaternary era, the Rhone delta has constantly changed over the centuries to become today the largest wetland in France. It is one of the four largest deltas in Europe. With an area of 85 000 ha, the island of Camargue offers only 25 000 ha of cultivated land (mainly paddy fields).
The Camargue is one of the most biologically rich regions in Western Europe. Located in the migration route of birds from Northern Europe to Africa, it forms a vital relay for birdlife.
Our rooms have a terrace and offer direct access to the garden,
a small piece of Camargue at your door.
